Most of our customers find their perfect fit using the chart and self-measurement method above.But if you’re still unsure, we offer a free sizing kit (QZ Option) for extra confidence.Please note: Choosing the QZ option will delay the delivery of your actual ring by 3–8 days, depending on your location.
STEP 1: Place Your Order
When placing your order, choose the “QZ” sizing option. We’ll first send you a free ring sizing kit before shipping your QIR Smart Ring.
STEP 2: Receive the Sizing Kit
The sizing kit will arrive within 3–8 days (depending on your location). It includes 9 test rings in US sizes 6 through 14 to help you find the most suitable fit.
STEP 3: Try the Sizes
Use the test rings on your preferred finger (index, middle, or ring finger) to determine which size feels most comfortable and secure.
STEP 4: Confirm Your Size
Once you’ve found your size, reply to the official notification email sent after your order to let us know your final selection. We’ll then proceed to ship your customized QIR Smart Ring
