Our QIR RING team will ensure that your order is shipped in the fastest and most convenient way. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation notification that your order has left the warehouse for delivery. A tracking number will be included in the email to make sure the order is on schedule. Please note that QIR RING only ships within the 48 states of the United States.
We work with a number of professional delivery partners to ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time. This may result in multiple shipments of your order from different delivery partners. The speed of delivery depends on the type of product, the availability of the product, and the proximity to the metropolitan area.


Dispatch and delivery


The "Expected Delivery" delivery time displayed on each product page indicates the estimated range of dates you can expect the item to arrive at your delivery location. This lead time includes the time it takes for inventory to move from the production location to our warehouse (this includes factors such as whether the item was made to order), as well as the last mile delivery time to your door.

Simply enter your ZIP code on any product page to see an estimate of when you can expect to receive the item. Please note that these dates are an estimate and may be subject to potential unforeseen delays, if any.

If you are not ready, do you want us to postpone the delivery date? Simply place your order and then reply to your order confirmation email with any special requests. We try to respond to your request within two business days.

• Important note: Before signing, you must inspect the box containing your items in case the packaging is visibly damaged or hints that the contents may have been compromised, so the delivery note can be properly assessed as "damaged" or "pending inspection." For shipping items, you have to sign the bill of lading (B/L) as proof of inspection, so if there are any problems, the refund/return can proceed smoothly.

Delivery to Singapore, Japan, South Korea, China, Canada, Brazil, New Zealand, Australia, Denmark, Austria, Germany, Italy, Belgium, France, Poland, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Portugal, Spain and all neighboring states in the continental United States. Currently our ships do not reach Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands and American Samoa. If you have offended, please understand!

Freight and service


https://account.qirring.com/ to pay your freight, so you don't charge any fee! In most cases, our items are delivered at your doorstep via standard shipping, and in the case of an apartment building, they will be delivered in the building's manager's office/mail room/rental office or lobby. Keep in mind that freight (large items) is delivered curbside only, which means that the carrier/driver is not responsible for internal delivery and/or any necessary assembly. Make sure neighbors, family, and/or friends can help you if needed.

Shipment arrangement and tracking

You will receive an email notification when your order leaves our local warehouse.

For delivery by our specialist transport company, we will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time frame.


Change of address


We move quickly when it comes to order preparation and delivery. If you need a sudden change of address, please contact customer support at  support@qirring.com as soon as possible. By 5 p.m. (PST), most of the day's orders are likely to be on the road. * If your payment was made through Paypal, due to their customer protection policy, it is not possible to change the address once the order has been placed. Please contact customer support for further assistance. Shipping orders cannot be changed address (for large items) as arrangements are made with the delivery partner to ensure pickup, towing location and appropriate estimated arrival time.

Communications with our delivery partners

As we mentioned earlier, most of our deliveries are done via standard shipping, which means that you only need to track your package using your tracking number and volil<e:1>! Very few items are shipped by freight, which you will know because the tracking number will not be a standard shipping number. If this is the case, we will have a brief communication with the shipper to arrange the shipment. In any case, it is important to provide accurate contact number information.


Not here to pick up the goods


Standard transport items can be delivered without an adult present and will be left at the door or in the building office. For shipping projects, we recommend that you arrive on the scheduled delivery date so that there is no delay in your enjoyment of QIR RING products. Remember, shipping is curbside only. The second attempted delivery will need to be rescheduled with the delivery partner.

Any last minute changes to the scheduled delivery date must be requested 3 business days before you confirm delivery. Last minute requests after the above time frame will be subject to a re-delivery fee.


The order was marked as delivered but never received


Errors or errors that occur during delivery, either human or computer. If a package is lost or stolen, we may request a local police report so that a proper investigation can be carried out. We have your back and we will dig deep, so please don't hesitate to contact customer support at support@qirring.com

Delayed shipment/delivery due to unforeseen circumstances

If the shipment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, QIR RING reserves the right to reschedule the shipment, subject to the availability of the next delivery period.

A specific delivery time cannot be provided. A time frame will be informed, but cannot be guaranteed. QIR RING shall not be liable for any consequences or suffer any loss or expense (whether direct or indirect) due to late shipment/delivery of the goods, and in the absence of such delay, the Customer is entitled to be deemed by QIR RING to have rejected this Agreement or any comparison.

 

Sign Proof of Delivery Receipt (pod)


A POD is not a simple receipt of goods, but a confirmation that the goods have arrived in good condition. Often, Pods are signed without checking the delivery.

We inform you to confirm that the goods are addressed to you and that the whole lot has been delivered in perfect condition.

Anything not stated on this form before signing will result in QIR RING not being able to authorise any damages claim after your driver has left.

Before signing the Point of Delivery (POD), follow the checklist we have created for you:

Check list:

Please inspect all the packing for any obvious damage.
Please confirm that you have received the correct goods according to POD and delivery sheet.
If you have white gloves delivered: Please wait until all the items have been assembled and there is no obvious damage to the items. Then sign the POD.
If the carton is badly damaged, please point it out to the delivery driver.
If damaged: Please take pictures of the damaged and carton.
Please indicate any property damage caused by delivery on the POD. We need photos to document the damage.
After you've checked all the cargo and documented any problems, you can get the driver's signature or initials on the POD next to a note about damaged items.

* Please do not discard the packaging and carton until the problem is solved.

Limitation of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to specific locations for items that we believe are at a high risk of loss or damage, as well as areas where our home delivery service cannot reach.

We cannot deliver to Po boxes or parcel lockers as they are usually too small to accept most of the items we sell.

Missing piece

 

Errors or errors may occur during shipping, for which we apologize. Please contact customer support at support@qirring.com and we will provide the necessary assistance. * Do not attempt a quick fix with a part that does not belong to your item, as it may compromise functionality and void your warranty.


Damaged product


We have a thorough inspection procedure before shipment, so damage is minimal. However, you should inspect your items upon arrival to view any and all details that you may consider "damaged" and document them with photos, including the box markings and model number of the product. You have up to 7 days to report delivery-related damage to the carrier and to us at QIR RING. The item must be in its original box.

Contact customer support at support@qirring.com with your name, order information and photo, and we'll find a solution in a timely manner. Note: You are not obliged to accept the goods if there is evidence of damage. You must sign the bill of lading (B/L) at the time of delivery and if necessary, make remarks on the bill of lading so that any problems can be properly assessed.
