QIR RING Return and Refund Policy

*Attention:Communications must include order number, name, phone and email.  The information should match the info attached to the order.

I. 14-Days Return

 Return within 14 daysReturn requests can only be made within 14 days from the date you received the item. To initiate this request, please contact us so that we can facilitate the return. Please note that this policy is subject to the following conditions:


1.You have 14 days after shipment to send it back to us and get a full refund minus 20% replenishment fee. You are responsible for the return freight.
2.Only items in brand new condition can be returned. Products with scratches, stains, damage, drilled holes, or any other modifications will not be accepted. We reserve the right to no refund in our reasonable opinion that the product has become unacceptable in quality due to fair wear and tear, abuse; Or because the product is not properly maintained.
3.Please return to the original packing, which was carefully designed to avoid shipping damage. If you have discarded the original packaging, you can use the best packaging materials you can find to adequately pack the item to avoid damage in transit. If items are returned without their original packaging, there will be an additional $8 repacking fee per item. We encourage customers to photograph the condition of items and packaging intended for return before they are delivered to our delivery partners.
4.We cannot accept returns/exchanges/refunds for the following items:

  • Any item labeled "clearance," "free," or designated as "final sale".
  • Display items in any form
  • Custom project

Note: If the returned item is not in its original packaging/condition or has been damaged, we reserve the right to deduct the replenishment fee from your refund. For all Ring returns, you will be charged a minimum replenishment fee of 30% of the total invoice value.


II. Refund policy


Please note that all returned items are subject to a 30% replenishment fee and you will be responsible for return shipping and any associated costs. This charge is deducted from your refund.

Shipping charges, as well as additional service charges paid for room selection or white glove services, will not be refunded. If the item is not returned in its original packaging, you may also be charged a repacking fee of $10 per item.

Refunds will begin within 7 business days after all returned items are returned to our warehouse. Where possible, funds will be processed in the same way as payments to QIR RING, i.e. returned to your credit card, PayPal or bank account. For credit cards, it may take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on the card issuer's policy. However, some bank refunds may only be reflected on your next month's bill.


III. Order change or cancellation


In general, we cannot cancel an order once it leaves our warehouse or distribution center. In addition, if the ordered product requires assembly and has already been assembled, we cannot cancel that part of the order.

  • You will be alerted in advance that your order is ready for processing and you will have 72 hours to request a change or cancellation without incurring any fees. After this, your order will be processed and any changes or cancellations will incur a 5% processing fee and less shipping.
  • Please contact us at support@qirring.com to modify or cancel your order. We will process and confirm with you within 48 hours.

We cannot accept order changes/cancellations/refunds for the following items:

If you wish to cancel an existing order and place a new one, please note that the new "expected delivery" date will be given at the time of the new purchase.


Please note: For changes affected within 24 hours of purchase, a $8 change fee will be charged.


Cancel the order with a discount coupon


If you cancel any item on your order for which you have applied for a discount voucher/coupon, you will only receive a refund of the final price paid after applying for the discount, and the discount amount will be allocated in your order based on the value of the item. The value discount will be allocated as follows: (purchase price/total order value of each line item) x discount coupon value.

Upon cancellation of the item in the order, the full absolute value of the discount coupon originally requested will not be reissued or reallocated to the remaining item in the modification order. Your remaining items
